Unintuitively extra minions can slow down our mapping. Spectres respawn so fast that we don't need extra minions and if we explode the low life minions it can make the clear worse.
So now we can use unique amulets, ungil's harmony/jinxed juju/defiance of destiny are my options.
Still looking for the 3rd charm to get onslaught on kill
