Crustle's Notes
Pushed this build to (almost) its limit. Any further upgrades become very expensive. The new belt 'Unholy Accomplice' along with the two Pact skills in the trigger wand allow Vaal Cold Snap to be up 100% of the time and do serious damage. I stacked a lot of ES and block for defences.
