https://pobb.in/qrgV2sx3vdfu Min Maxed Cold Dot Occultist, using vortex, cold snap, creeping frost of floes, and wintertide brand. When all spell are up, I reach around 65m DPS. Roughly around 1300-1500 divines invested in to the build. I still miss quality on nebulis and better implicits on my gloves, I was just too lazy to change them.
