After having an amazing time with Kinetic Blast in 3.27 its time to update the guide over to 3.28 Mirage! While the build suffered some nerfs, you won't feel any of them in the early and midgame as they were all targeted at the build's endgame. Even so, this will still stay as one of the best starting builds in the game and it will be one of the best endgame scalers. If you want a day 1 build to take to multiple mirrors and the pinnacle of endgame, Kinetic Blast is the build for you!
