Overview
Completed my first ever mirror craft: Int + Mana stacking KBoC Hiero Wand is a Path of Exile Hierophant build by Sidnv, made for the Kalguur league (3.25). It is centered on Kinetic Blast of Clustering and plays as a intelligence, attack, projectile, area archetype. In Path of Building it reaches 338.32M DPS with 247.62K effective HP, 1 life, 15.08K energy shield. Key uniques include Behemoth Grip, Indigon, Mageblood, Bottled Faith, Eyes of the Greatwolf.

Sidnv's Notes
I've been iterating on a Kinetic Blast of Clustering Hiero wander with another friend for a while now, using Palsteron's video as the source of inspiration. The build is an absolute blast to play and I got sufficiently invested into making what we think is the best version of the build that I decided to craft the mirror tier wand, since no one else had made int + mana stacking wands this league. Settled for t2 multi because we got absurdly lucky with the affixes and the expected cost of hitting t1 would be another 3 mirrors.
Crafting Process:
Step 1: Buy the base for 4 mirrors. No vivid vulture prison for me, thank you.
Step 2: Get the prefixes. This is the easy part.
-
Alt roll for t1 spell damage. Regal, annul down to just the spell damage mod.
-
Craft Can have 3 modifiers, cannot roll attack mods, cannot roll caster mods.
-
Exalt slam/annul for T1 mana. Annuling is safe as long as you don't remove Cannot roll caster.
-
Once the base has exactly T1 mana and T1 spell damage, craft prefixes cannot be changed and veiled orb. You just need to roll a veiled prefix, ele pen is guaranteed. If you get a veiled suffix, just prefix lock and scour to clean them.
Step 2: Get the suffixes aka pain. We had two ideas for getting the suffix, the first was to go multimod + prefixes cannot be changed + cast speed, annul off the multimod and aug speed till t1 speed. Then prefixes cannot be changed + aug crit. But I think we found a better way.
-
Block int. Slam twice looking for either t1 attack speed, t1 crit or t1 multi. Odds of hitting 1 are around 1 in 50. Get lucky and hit t1 attack speed, by far the best due to the high cost of yellow lifeforce (thanks, degenerate gamblers).
-
Prefixes cannot be changed + Aug crit, looking for t1 crit or t1 multi (2 in 9).
-
Whiff the first one with t1 spell crit, but it kept the attack speed, so prefixes cannot be changed + annul saved the speed.
-
Second attempt also kept the attack speed, but added t3 crit (not good enough), but got lucky saving the attack speed with an annul again.
-
Third attempt hit t2 multi. This was so lucky we just stopped here.
-
Craft crit + int/str. It's an int stacker so int is more valuable than a bit more local crit.
-
Craft haunted enchant.
The entire set of affixes and enchant cost half a mirror. This was so much under the expected cost.
In case people are interested in the build, this is the multi multi mirror pob that I currently have.
My friend and I have also built pobs at 700 div with Headhunter, and a Mageblood 4 mirror version.
I also have an original sin variant at the 5 mirror budget, but that pob is a bit outdated because we've made further optimizations and I never went back and fixed it, so if people are interested, I will update that pob and post it here. It trades off some defence for damage from the ele version.
The build is genuinely a joy to play. Has all the fun of a normal KB wander that blows up the screen with a click, but it's got cleaner single target (no barrage swap).
Edit: From some other posts I've made on the subreddit, it seems enough people are interested in the build. I'll try to post a guide going over the different versions in the next couple days, as well as some crafting advice.
