Hello there, Exile! Congrats on making it to the Notes section. Most people don't make it this far. To reiterate from the video...
- Start with Zizaran's WoC Ele. It's easy as h*ck and will get you to the point where you can have a couple divs to start this build.
- You should be good to go by your mid-80s.
- How your gear rolls isn't super important for getting started.
- CAP YOUR RESISTANCES!!!
- Roll your Tincture, it's the majority of your damage.
Beyond that:
- Get the most block chance you can. Cap both if possible.
- I said to go B/G gear and then showed a B/R helmet. I'm going to defend this misspeak by saying that I was only thinking about the gloves and boots.
- Your defense relies almost entirely on blocking, which should happen frequently enough that you'll survive through pretty much anything, provided it's not a big phys hit.
- Literally, your non-unique gear doesn't require a ton of special consideration. The only thing I changed since starting, other than trying to get the right implicits, was the helmet.
So, about that helmet...
Listen, I know very little about crafting. If someone out there does, listen to them. This is not a "guide", this is an explanation of how I did it. I was going for Level of Minion Gems and Chaos Res.
1. Start with a Divine Crown. Get a good fractured suffix if you can. I found T1 frac'd rarity and thought that was fun.
2. Alt spam until you get +2 level of minion gems. Craft of Exile says it'll be 429c worth of alts, 1991 alts total. If you settle for +1, that's only about 200. There's a reason that these hats with +2 sell for a h*eckload on trade.
3. Regal and hope for either a suffix or a good prefix. I got the Rarity prefix. If you get screwed here, Scour and go back to Step 2.
4. Lock prefixes and Harvest Reforge Chaos. There's literally only one Chaos mod, and it's Chaos res, so hope for a high tier. Also hope you don't accientally add a bad prefix. And that you don't get a crappy suffix. Open is prefereable.
5. If you get a high-tier Chaos Res suffix, then you're done. Craft and Exalt as you please. I went for Crafted Fire Res and hit it with an Exalt, ended up with one of the worst rolls possible but it is what it is.
I did step 4 I think six times so I didn't want to try again, but I have another Divine Crown I might craft on in the future.

THINGS TO WATCH FOR
Map mods to avoid include
- Chance to avoid ailments, that's the only way you can't ignite things.
- Reduced block chance, obviously.
- Reflect Ele, because you have no immunity to that.
- Reduced max res.
- Awakener's desolation, will explain in a moment.
- Volatile Cores, I think that's what screwed me in my failed map demo.
Damage over time is a problem for you, because you can't block it. Bleeding isn't a problem for you, and Poison isn't actually that strong since you have amazing chaos res against DoT. Ignite, on the other hand, is. So grab ignite immunity on your life flask.
Awakener's Desolation, however, is a really strong DoT for any character, but it absolutely screws you over. So don't roll it.
There are a lot of things you can block that are not obvious. Shaper Slams, Exarch Balls, Sirus' DIE beams, literally all of the Unbreakable's moves.
Technically, you can ALMOST tank a Shaper Slam. If my helmet craft didn't suck, I might actually be able to survive. Your mileage may vary.
Bismuth deposits are your friends, as the tornadoes are techincally not DoTs, they are extremely rapid individual hits. This means you can cheese tf out of everything by getting free blocks off.
The "Imported" loadout is what the guy was using when I sniped his build. He swapped off of it literally within hours of me importing it, and now his character is gone. Name was ElonsDickCheese.
The "Current" loadout is my build as of uploading this.

Configuration notes:
I'm using an Infamous Kineticist with Leer Cast, Xoph's Heart, and Victario's Charity. This means I always have Frenzy Charges, enemies are covered in ash, and I have 50% increased damage. Turn those off if you plan to run something different.
You should have the ability to Scorch but it's not showing as valid, and it's also not really doing anything because your damage is over the cap anyway.
If you set the enemy type to Uber, you'll note that your damage drops to like 10m. Don't ask me if you can kill an Uber with that damage, I have no idea. I got my four voidstones and went back to mapping.

Notes about Mercs:
Hat
**Leer Cast: Phenomenal. Adds over a million DPS.
Arrmour
Doryani's Prototype: Doesn't do much for this build. Currently at -158% and adds negligibile damage.
**Replica Ambu's Charge: Free Endurance Charges
Ammy
Yoke of Suffering: Relies on the MERC inflicting ailments, not the player, so not good for this build
Leadership's Price: Maybe strongest possible upgrade both offensive and defensive, but how tf to get top 2 merc stats equal? InfKin has 64/39/271 base
**Xoph's Heart: Holy shit covered in Ash is strong
Rings
**Doedre's Damning: Free Curse (necessary for Asenath's)
**Timeclasp: Damage Recoup
Belt
**Kaom's Binding: Enemies convert phys->fire
Weapons
Ashcaller: But you have Xoph's Heart
**Eclipse Solaris: I'm legally blind
**Victario's Charity: Frenzy Charges!
Gloves
**Asenath's Gentle Touch: Corpse disposal, Temp Chains
Shoes
**The Stampede: Free Annoint
