PoE 3.20-3.24: 1,200 eDPS Tornado Shot or Lightning Arrow Bow Craft is a Path of Exile Deadeye build by ForbiddenExile, made for the Sanctum league (3.20). Since fractured items are super common in Forbidden Sanctum League, crafting high eDPS bows is super easy. This won't cost you a mirror and will be great for any Path of Exile Tornado Shot build in 3.20 and in 3.21 Crucible.
