Hi,

Here's the BV i made this league. I'll go over details below, regex is at the end. Note that my trash PC makes me freeze, thus slows me in alva.

This build is insanely good for alva or any other high density rares strategy. At this budget you can still do ubers or other content without HH stacks.

Budget :

• You can do this for around 5 mirrors. Less if you know what you are doing.

• The build here cost 7 to 8 mirrors. Shield corruption is multiple mirrors but not needed.

Cool things about the build :

• Triple Explode + herald of ash make the whole screen disappear instantly.

• 3.7 AOE feels really nice when clearing.

• One button build, 2 if you dash.

• 190% ms with buffs up, can go higher with HH.

• 133 IIR%

• Able to run all blue altar mods

Defences :

• Max block svalinn

• Progenesis + petrified blood combo

• Decent life/es pool

• Life on kill / es on kill, really important with HH

• This build went from 92 to 100 in alva only, dying 6 times along the way, always skill issue.

• 40% chill even on ubers, ascendancy makes that 20% less damage

• 75% reduced damage from crit

• Ailment immune from purity of elements

• Physical damage can be a problem if u have 0 HH buffs and you don't block the hit, I died twice from tentacle fiends this way.

• Decent life regeneration

Damages :

• 60M without HH buffs

• Doryani wrath/zealotry merc

• The chest makes our flat damage scale with how much shocked ennemies we killed recently. I didnt put it in the pob but it's thousands of monsters per Alva. It's massive damage buff.

• Power charge stacking + forbidden power flame/flesh

• Full conversion to lightning, since we can chill with ascendancy.

Mercenary :

• Fallen reverend with wrath/zealotry.

• Doryani / alberon / kaom' binding / wrath effect and AOE sceptres / defiance of destiny

• Rare helm and gloves with armour, life regen rate, res and reduced life regen rate / intimidate eldritch implicit

• Ring with minimum -136% lightning res and recouped as life with kalandra touch.

• Since we use purity of elements, we need to have a big roll, if lower it'll work, just less damage.
