It was bound to happen eventually, and sure enough my BV league-starter build has finally evolved into an end-game blaster with the usual zoomy-boomy clearspeed we know and love. Perhaps somewhat unexpectedly though, I've also been able to make MUCH tankier than ever before, thanks to the power of the Svalinn shield and its lucky block chance.
In this video, I'll break down the essentials to getting this loadout going, and go over a few optional finishing touches as well.
