Ascendancy Order: Ghost of the Deep > Screaming Reels > Baited Breath > Stormy Seas (WITHOUT a Fishing Rod to start) Fishing Rod Start Order: Ghost of the Deep (Respec to Screaming Reels after 2nd Lab) > Baited Breath > Stormy Seas > Ghost of the Deep Craft Elreon -Cost to Channelling skills to your rings. The gear shown in "Items" was just my current gear at time of creating this and honestly.. I was too lazy to set up some more optimal gear. Gear wise - Cast Speed, Crit Multi, Any additional increases to Cold/Lightning Spell damage (ideally both), Life, Resistances. Don't go Pain Attunement until you have roughly 4k total life. Just ignore Herald of Ice & Ignorance. Level them up in the background. If you're leveling with Lightning Tendrils, personally I'd recommend starting with just normal Tendies to start. Swap to Eccentricity after 2nd lab when you have Baited Breath. Path towards Nimbleness first, then grab Throatseeker & Snowforged (feel free to not go Snowforged though, decision is up to you there). Continue any direction you please from there.
