This video goes over the interactions between Nightfall (shield) and Eventide Petals (amulet) and how the Oracle ascendancy can turn them into a spamable powerhouse for both clear and bossing.
Disclaimer: We still lack a lot of information, but this concept seems like a strong foundation for the build.
