Q: Your Phys max hit is so low. Is that a problem?

A: No, in general there is limited huge physical damage from ultimatum. Last league my saboteur had 8k phys max hit in T17 ultimatums and I picked ignore all phys reduction as a ultimatum modifier anyway.

Q: Is there an endgame PoB yet?

A: No, there are so many unknown/unexplored things, so it's a bit early to publish anything concrete yet.

Q: What about bodyswap Dark Marrionette?

A: This was a popular build in 3.23 Affliction, but it's still unknown if Perfect Version is returning, and if it does return, is it at full power? Again, I refuse to publish anything on speculation.
