This is my variation on https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OBRirz6D4Po

It's pretty much complete I think; 3.27 is around the corner and I still wanna try to build some other stuff. Most of the last week was spent on optimization. The gloves, boots, and body were upgraded to have the armor applies to ele dmg mod. The rings were upg'd to double unset so I could finally zoom a bit (shield charge, still kinda slow) and fit in Scavenged Plating. I sunk about 20-30d into crafting - far cheaper than buying these pieces. Prior to that, the gear was worth maybe 10d. It's mostly deterministic crafts, but the unset rings will be annoying to replicate since I bought (and blew up) most of the bases. I also blew up ~100d trying to vaal/sanctify various things since I wasn't sure what else to upgrade, as one does.

I'll link a forum guide eventually. For now: https://pobb.in/wtKhW8nyiYym The dps wildly varies and requires ramp. Each stack, up to 10 stacks, is half your hp as phys dps/sec for 5s. Global physical dmg is basically the only scalar on the tree for that, outside of hp-related things. But it also varies by how fast the bosses auto, how often they miss due to fat hitboxes, and various other things. Single target buffered a bit by Blood Hunt, since CB causes blood loss but it's not bleeding so it's not removed. Actual bleeding applied via other skills for the bonus.

I preferred Titan over WB since so many bosses inconsistently attack, I wanted to have a more proactive playstyle rather than rely on getting hit, but single target still relies on getting hit. Titan also has 15% more life and 50% more armour from body and more armour in general from the smalls 50%'d, which helps mitigating Veil. The clear is carried by the herald cheese, but there are other options if that gets nerfed. I'll likely play this in 0.4, as a different ascendancy & variant.

Pros: tanky, lazy playstyle (hold rclick, jump, shout, bonk), capped chaos res, ~21k armour unbuffed / 46k buffed, 225% vs ele, 55% passive block, cheap to gear, few required uniques, off-meta etc etc.

Cons: weak to spike damage (armour inherent weakness), weak to dots like Sun Priest's searing ray or floor puddles, a bit slow, gearing might suck if you're not comfy crafting since there's low availability for belt + rings.

I saw ppl playing it with the Guiding Palm meteor sceptre too, seems cool, would have less socket pressure. Overall p happy with the state of crafting now, abyss & omens added so much flexibility.
