Maybe it is tanky to some extent. However, it is really slow and lack damage. I want to increase life because I hate DoT, but I have no currency left.
Mana is required to channel Supercharged Slam, so mana leech is essential. The skill with Lifetap is for the sake of Zerphi's Infamy.
Checking ninja, it looks like everyone is playing Gemling wearing The Bringer of Rain. That way yields better damage, which is nice because Gemling can achieve 40% gem quality. 40% quality Supercharged Slam has 40% more damage.
