[3.23] Rakiata's Dance Lightning Strike Build | Raider | Affliction | Path of Exile 3.23

Hey guys, here is lightning strike raider build. Using new unique two handed sword Rakiata's Dance and this weapon has a unique mod "Treats Enemy Monster Elemental Resistance values as inverted". We build around this sword and this mod. Converting our lightning damage to cold with call of the brotherhood rings. Also using heatshiver to get extra fire damage and activate trinty.

Build Cost

• Medium Budget: 20-50 div

Pierce: Using Anomalous version of Lightning Strike.

Lethal Pride: Using this to get Intimidate and double damage. Also good for extra strength.

Rage: Bloodscent (Cluster Notable)

• The Heatshiver Unique Helmet now has "Gain 30% of Cold Damage as Extra Fire Damage against Frozen Enemies" (previously 100%).
