[3.21] Cold Lightning Strike Build | Raider | Crucible | Path of Exile 3.21

Hey guys, here is cold lightning strike raider build. Using a synthesised claw with "Adds # to # Cold Damage to Attacks with this Weapon per 10 Dexterity" mod. I manage to get 2090 dex at level 96.

Build Cost

• Medium Budget: 20-50 div

Pierce: Using Anomalous version of Lightning Strike.

Brutal Restraint: Look for 5% increased Dexterity mod. Also these mods are good for build:

• +20 to Dexterity
• 20% increased Projectile Damage
• 25% increased Critical Strike Chance
• 20% increased Elemental Damage
• 25% chance to gain Alchemist's Genius when you use a Flask

Exposure: Level 5 Awakened Cold Penetration (Supported Skills have (0–10)% chance to inflict Cold Exposure on Hit)

• Use frost bomb until you get the awakened gem.

Leveling: Leveling gems and trees are in the video.

• Use rare claws with flat cold damage on them.
