Icestorm rework - still feels bad, mostly just clunky - Path of Exile (3.12 Heist)

Wanted to do a build with Whispering Ice, going life version using Mask of the Stitched demon, but as i started playing i realized how much i dislike this kind of play style. Have some side by side comparison of icestorm and firestorm. Both have same cast time but firestorm just feels so much better.
