Best use of Fanaticism? Spellslinger Frostbolt + Ice Nova Inquisitor - Path of Exile (3.13 Ritual)

Good old Frostbolt + Ice Nova but with a twist. Using spellslinger to proc Frostbolt and to gain Fanaticism buff from new Inquisitor's node to gain massive AoE, cast speed and mana cost reduction for Ice Nova. In the end it is probably still better to use Pledge of Hands and have a consistent dps.
