► Yooooooooo, Exiles!

Here’s a quick showcase of my Poison Bama Pathfinder. It’s still a work in progress - I’m currently on vacation, and this is as far as I’ve taken the build. It isn’t fully min-maxed yet: tattoos aren’t in, and the Animate Guardian is still a bit scuffed, supports and edlritch implicits aren't fully done yet either. That said, I wanted to share the progress so far.

It’s been a while since I played a Pathfinder Bama, and after posting an "experimental" PoB in my doc, I felt like I owed it to you and myself to revisit the ascendancy and give the build a proper run. This version differs a bit from the original PoB in the doc - most notably, it's back to using The Covenant and is using Stranglegasp.

► Design Goals and Considerations:

I had a few specific goals in mind for this iteration:

• Early League Start compatible: I wanted something that could feasibly start as early as Day 1. The Covenant helps enable that, and we're already using Added Chaos Damage Support through most of progression until the very late endgame for Poison Bama.

• Familiar Flask Tech: I reused the minion flask heal tech from my old Pathfinder summoners - still very effective.

• High Defense, Low Maintenance: The build is designed for high survivability - 90% max res, 7-8k hp, solid sustain, and strong minion defenses, without overwhelming you with button bloat.

• Easy Wither: I didn’t want to manually apply Wither, so the build uses a mana-forged Toxic Rain of Withering setup for automatic Wither application which forces this build to use mana.

• Flexible Scaling: Despite its higher defenses, it matches the Necro damage, but with smoother sustain.

While the final version uses Progenesis and three cluster jewels - which are pricey, you do save currency elsewhere:

• No need for a +1 Spectre chest

• No Darkness Enthroned with rare Abyss jewels

• No Widowhail with Momentum corrupt

• No need to chase down a perfect Timeless Jewel

• Stranglegasp costs about a quarter of a usable Utmost amulet this league

Even without the expensive endgame pieces, once you fix minion accuracy, Pathfinder offers great potential - both offensively and defensively.
