[3.23] Tornado Shot Build | Deadeye | Affliction | Path of Exile 3.23

Hey guys, cold tornado shot deadeye build is here. Tornado Shot is a bow attack skill which fires a piercing shot that releases projectiles in all directions when it reaches the targeted location. Using a synthesised bow with "Adds # to # Cold Damage to Attacks with this Weapon per 10 Dexterity" mod. I manage to get 2058 dex at level 97.

Build Cost

• High Budget: +50 div

Brutal Restraint: Look for 5% increased Dexterity mod. Also these mods are good for build:

• +20 to Dexterity
• 20% increased Projectile Damage
• 25% increased Critical Strike Chance
• 20% increased Elemental Damage
• 25% chance to gain Alchemist's Genius when you use a Flask

Exposure: Level 5 Awakened Cold Penetration (Supported Skills have (0–10)% chance to inflict Cold Exposure on Hit)

• Use frost bomb until you get the awakened gem.

3.21 CHANGES:

• A new Multishot cluster has been added to the northeast of the Ranger's starting location. Multishot grants "Attacks fire an additional Projectile".
• The Master Fletcher Notable Passive Skill no longer provides 15% increased Attack Speed with Bows, 20% increased Accuracy Rating with Bows, or 20% increased Projectile Speed. It now has "Bow Attacks fire an additional Arrow".
• Critical Strike Chance is increased by chance to Suppress Spell Damage (Removed)

3.23 CHANGES:

• Gem quality changes.
• Lab enchants are gone.
