budget: yes uber dot cap, can take nearly all 1 shot abilities (maven game & exarch slam with IC /eater slam / etc) except for maven intermission run out

swap caster mastery to chest opening for abyss only t17 map mod I check for are "Rare and Unique Monsters remove #%" and Less Defence, both runnable just very rippy
