【1 Div Exile | Ep.4】Necropolis league 3.24 Hey guys, everyone knows how underpowered/underused Spectral Throw is, and one of our patrons challenged us to make a 1 div build with it. So, we made a【Cold Spectral Throw】with 2 beltimbers (Far Shot playstyle)! The build turns out pretty viable, not the best but at least it's playable! :D

• Cold Convert Spectral Throw Champ
• Beltimbers go brrrrrr
• Herald of Ice Shatter
• High Crits + Far Shot
• Decent defense (Champion) Need more currency to feel strong when on end game

// Conclusion // Spectral Throw is an underused skill but we wanna take on this challenge, so we made this cold convert ST deadeye! Overall DPS is not great, but workable up to T16, thanks to High Crits and Cold DPS, it can freeze n shatter every mobs, so nothing can touch u as long you're hitting. High end set up will be dex/str stacking or omni :) Cheers!
