Prices change a lot and you need every single item perfectly to work. I have all the item searches saved on the Better Trading extension. See very bottom to use it. Here's the bare minimum to make CWDT build function for new players and first time Ward Loopers. (Will do a Medium 25 Div Budget then High End 100+ Div Budget for next videos.) Price Breakdown is in Note Section of POB. GEAR: Staff: +3 to Level of all Cold Spell Skill Gems --> 5Link it on bench with recipe if needed (try to get cold damage as spells, cast speed too etc.) Body Armor: Skin of the Lords with 3B, 2G, 1R sockets. KEYSTONE MATTERS! Many keystones will brick the build. You have to manually look them up on the Wiki and/or your tree's search bar. I prefer ones with 'Solipsism', usually very cheap and still helps the build. (Runebinder and Arrow Dancing are also cheap ones that don't brick the build)[Ones to avoid and will brick your build are: Elemental Equilibrium, Avatar of Fire, Resolute Technique. There are prob more but I can't remember them all.] Rings: 2 Heartbound Loop Moonstone Ring's with exactly 420 "Physical Damage taken on Minion Death" (corrupted or not, the implicit doesn't matter) Amulet: +1 to Level of all Cold Skill Gems with EMPTY PREFIX-- > Craft "6% of damage taken recouped as mana" (try to get dex and/or res on it too) Helmet: Helmet with 500-600+ ward. (try to get res/dex/ or empty suffix to craft res on it too) Gloves: Gloves with 275- 350+ ward. (try to get res/dex/ or empty suffix to craft res on it too) [after buying all gear and if have money, use lesser ichor and lesser embers to craft 'inflict cold expsoure on hit' on top, and '15% chance to unnerve' on bottom, not required though.] Boots: Boots with 200-300+ ward and 20-30% movementspeed. (try to get res/dex/ or empty suffix to craft res on it too) ***Tip for buying Ward Gear: if too expensive, lower the ward amount in your search by 25 until it's cheap enough*** Belt: 33% flask effection duration with 1 empty suffix (try to get res or life if you can). Craft 9% Increased Cooldown Recovery Rate. At least 9% minimum is required. Weapon Swap: buy 2 one-hand weapons with the mod "Triggers level 20 Spectral Spirits when equipped" and place both in your backhand... This is how we get the CWDT loops going. So every map start will require a weapon swap to make the build start. (make sure dex, str, int requirements are met) JEWELS: To Dust Cobalt Jewels: total "reduced skeleton duration" must be 74 EXACTLY. So buy 5 cheap jewels like 15%, 15%, 15%, 15%, 14% etc. it doesn't matter, the total just has to be 74. Large Cluster Jewel: 8 passive with 12% increased cold damage. Only required passive is Prismatic Heart for res and damage. Medium Cluster Jewel: 6 passive with 6% increased flask effect duration and 'Fasting' as the passive skill. Must be 6 passives (not 5 etc.) AND Fasting can be the only passive skill. We need as much flask effect duration as we can get. Medium Cluster Jewel 2: 4 passive with 'Rebirth' as the passive skill. This is required to keep our skeletons alive and our Wardloop going. Brutal Restraint: Must be Balbala. Best place to equip in Jewel Socket by Scion Start/keystone called 'Iron Grip' (this can eventually be moved later on)Then allocate the new keystone 'The Traitor' which will enable this build. You will only be able to use 2 flasks to start, Olroth and Quicksilver with Res. (To get 3 flasks you have to get more inc flask charges gained/ flask effection duration, which you can do by getting lvl 90+ and impossible escape/ certain annoints. To get 4 will be expensive and won't be included in this budget guide. See my expensive guide next. FLASKS: Flask 1) Olroth's Resolve with 40-44% increased charges used and 20+ quality. Craft "reused at end of flask effect" on crafting bench. Flask 2) Quicksilver with 40% Resistances. Craft "reused at end of flask effect" on crafting bench. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Flask 3) Kiara's Determination with a max reduced roll 60% duration and 20% quality. (Permanent immunity to freeze, chill, curses and stuns is just too good.) Craft "reused at end of flask effect" on crafting bench. (To get 3rd flask you need lvl 90+ and Impossible Escape with Arrow Dancing. Make sure tree is exactly same as mine in POB. ) GEMS: Cast When Damage Taken 20/20 - Socket into Staff. Freezing Pulse 20/0 - Socket into Staff. Creeping Frost 20/0 - Socket into Staff. Buy rest of supports Level 1 at Lilly. Cast When Damage Taken 19/20 CORRUPTED - Socket into Body Armor. Must be corrupted. Ice Spear 20/20 CORRUPTED - Socket into Body Armor. Must be corrupted. Buy rest of supports Level 1 at Lilly and corrupt them. Must be corrupted to socket into chest. Cast When Damage Taken 20/0 - Socket into Boots/Gloves/Helm. Buy Snipers Mark and Frostbite Level 1 at Lilly and make sure they are linked... Phase run can be linked if you want, but I choose not to link it in budget version and manually use it if I need it. Cast When Damage Taken 5/0 - Socket into Boots/Gloves/Helm Summon Skeletons 11/0 Forbidden Rite 1/0 Blood Rage 1/0 Buy level 1 at Lilly and level them up right away to correct levels on your main so you don't forget. Summon skeletons buy lvl 13 from act 1 and use scour recipe to 11. (Right click the + sign to stop leveling the gem and make the notification go away.) EXTRA NOTES: Once you have all the items and gems go ahead and level a scion to 72 however you prefer and respec. I recommend hallow palm. There are many guides on youtube.
