Ignite Icecrash ELE didn't scale like I wanted so we pivoted to MAW!

Toying with going full ward endgame but need to do more testing. 69/70% block ends up being 90+% and it feels sooooo good! Let me know what you guys think with the tech and how we capped block WITHOUT mistress of sacrifice!
