I would not try this build unless you already know minion builds. All I have is this very early pob and a 1 mirror pob on previous videos. Everything in between those, is up to you. I just threw this thing together from the ground up today to test a potential league starter build that can clear end game content within the first 24 hours. The t17 viable and finished version of the league starter, I estimate to be around 10-20 divine depending on unique prices. Was trying to get into Titanic exiles on day 2. Not sure this build has the damage without large clusters. It can clear them, but the damage isn't quite high enough to be worth the time. Clears everything else fine though. Will be able to complete atlas on day 1 with just a bitter dream and whatever you find on ground.

Drop all uniques except bitter dream, get res capped. Run 3-4 forged frostbearers with summon raging spirit. You will need the Gravepact minion accuracy nodes + 250 minion accuracy mastery for raging spirits. Once you can get the other uniques (wraithlord and dragonflight mostly), you can drop your other minions and step into t17's. For abyss jewels just get a bunch of ghastly eye. If you can get them with fracture great; if not it's whatever. Spam harvest cold reforge until 3 good mods. Minion flat cold, life, minion cast, minion leech, minion damage summon recently. Don't put es and lightning flat like I have in mine. They are just what I had laying around.

I tried using minion damage support but the AI of frostbearers is pretty dumb, so I think predator is better. GMP for overlapping projectiles. Don't really know how big to make them, I put the 30% aoe passive on minion mastery and the damage feels good for what I have for gear. I will pull out of the bottom defensive part of tree once I can get large clusters. I think titanic exiles will be more viable at this point.
