League start testing for the next has already begun, and I'm pulling out all the stops! This video is the fourth of many teaser showcases for a starter build I have in mind for 3.25. This is the fifth and final build (for the time being) showcasing yet again the power of cast-on-crit even in the most unlikely of places. Three damage skills, two from cast-on-crit. This Champion has a lot going on. Great for those who want to play a bow build without playing a bow build!
