The DPS is certainly melting normal endgame bosses, but I can't figure it out because current PoB kinda have problem on calculating the real trigger rate of volatile and detonate dead. Also the real mana cost of all the skill gems are really misleading in PoB, but the in game tooltip shows the correct mana cost instead. Hence the bandaid fix I make is spending 2 extra skill points to take the Clever Thief notable to leech mana for sustaining the triggering cost. The real mana cost for volatile and detonate dead are 13 and 6 respectively.
