Hey there,
i always wanted to make a functioning build around [[Disintegrator]], but never tried it or stumbled across a build that i wanted to try.
With how Disintegrator works (a lot of flat added phys damage), i thought going the known Exsanguinate / Reap approach should probably yield the best damage and gameplay feeling with chaining Exsanguinate.
That much is in fact true. But the sheer investment to handle the phys degen even as Guardian is staggering.
Here's my current PoB (set for single target with awakened (!) spell cascade:

It clears wandering path maps without big issues, but i need to sub hatred for haste, or it feels too clunky.
Any ideas on how i could improve this setup while keeping the two core items in place? I know Disintegrator is basically shit, but i did in fact learn a few things while making it work - particularly the [[Rational Doctrine]] + Pious Path Forbidden Jewels are a pretty neat combo to get one of the absurd abilities of Templar going on another ascendancy.
The things i meddled with so far are:
-
trying to replace wrath and get full phys conversion somewhere else. But as i see it, it's capped at 95% conversion with Anomalous Physical to Lightning Support + Unveiled/aisling phys to lightning conversion mod on gloves. At least when you need all items to be shaper items.
-
trying to go south on the passive tree and grab the Endurance Charge nodes/mastery for the added duration of all charges. +100% charge duration is mandatory for siphoning charges if you dont attack/cast super fast. It also helps sustaining the other charges as guardian.
-
somehow fitting in the [[Original Sin]] ring. But it turns out if you already remove the enemies chaos res, it doesnt really help.
-
Going for divine ire. But that skill somehow falls short these days
So if you guys got suggestions - i'm all ears. The only limit is that i want to keep [[Disintegrator]] and [[The Eternity Shroud]]
