It's Lazy, in this video I want to go over the 3.26 Omeyocan buff and my potential setup for my Hierophant Power Siphon Ballista League Starter. I played with Evasion in Phrecia league and really enjoy it so it's time to bring this over to Hierophant with a potentially even better setup.

We have cap ailment avoidance, spell dodge cap at 75%, evade chance goes up to 95%, and good sustain with Ghost Dance, life regen, and Mana Regen. All that for a potentially very mid-budget setup of under 20 divines.
