WANDer feels better now! Harry Potta is bac! - Lightning Power Siphon 3.10

Here you go, my first Wander build in POE! Trying out full lightning conversion with Power Siphon since we will be having Overshock, which is pretty strong imo.

Why Power Siphon + Assasin?

• Power siphon (Gem itself has 8 proj = FREE GMP and ez with barrage support)
• It's a "Crit-based" gem so it's definitely better with Assasin (Power charge)

• Inpulsa Explosion
• Full lightning conversion (90%) + Overshock
• Fast clearspeed
• Finally Good at bossing (Swap faster attacks to Barrage support)

// Damage scaling //

• Fully pump flat phys (since we're converting most to lightning)
• Crit Multi
• Dual wield Wands (More speed and Damage)

// Other Ascedency //

• Deadeye (With Pierce) http://poeurl.com/cQgD So, your cluster can look for other mods instead of sticking to pierce
