Here you go, my first Wander build in POE! Trying out full lightning conversion with Power Siphon since we will be having Overshock, which is pretty strong imo.
Why Power Siphon + Assasin?
- Power siphon (Gem itself has 8 proj = FREE GMP and ez with barrage support)
- It's a "Crit-based" gem so it's definitely better with Assasin (Power charge)
