Hello Exiles! The Third Edict build UPDATE 2! The build now feels really good with more crit and attack speed. I am considering buying the Thunderfist unique gloves since I dropped Rakiata's Flow Lineage support gem. Also might add Cast on Critical again. Hope you all are having a blast with your builds!
