Just another fross variant with a pretty large budget. Power charge / energy shield stacking is really strong with elegant hubris / precursor ring.
Lightning warp as soul eater applicator and movement ability. It feels snappier than bladefall. It also allows you to use a mark without needing +1 curse. Though there is clunk in reapplying the mark when you need to top off soul eater stacks again.
Video has clips of all uber bosses and some 5 risk t17 gameplay. Also has my mercenary gear which is pretty important for risk t17s. Need merc with garb and need them to survive.
