Builds with power charge this league = DPS + AOE ! All you need is stack some vast power(cheap cluster)
Some people said that divine ire is pretty clunky as it needs to charge and aim(pretty bad for clearspeed), but the truth is, with enough AOE stacking, u basically suck (charging) all mobs around you till they ded.
