POE 3.25 "Unlimited Powah" Vaal Lightning Strike Trickster

Hello! I've been asked several times now what my plan is for the league and if i'm doing ice nova again. I've only given the answer that I'm working on some secret tech. Now that tech has arrived! I'm also not the only one to spot the secret tech, I just lacked the divines to craft it until now, because I'm terrible at farming!

Here is a clear breakdown of the budget:

chest - can self craft for 5ish divines Helm - can self craft for 5ish divines Ring 1 - can buy a decent int stacker mirrored ring for 5-10 div. Helical ring is nice, but not needed

Ring 2 - Shavronne's or Nimis. 1 div or 160 div. If not using nimis, I would highly recommend removing the pierce nodes from the atlas tree and using awakened chain in the 6l instead of multistrike for mapping. Swap with multistrike for bossing

Belt - basic 15% belt that you catalyst and craft yourself is around 2 div

Gloves - mine are not optimal. Can buy an int fracture and spam with attack speed essences until spell suppress. Then lock suffixes, reforge attack or defences, etc. Can veiled orb for attack speed while focused or damage while leeching. I'm cheap and didn't do that. 10-15 div for the total craft, since hitting +2 strike skills is a pain

Ammy - 5ish div to buy or craft

Boots - 5-10 div to buy or craft. Can also do the essence/eldritch implicit for 100% shock avoidance and run a stormshroud. I'm lazy and haven't done that yet

Squire - 3 div

Dagger - can get a decent one going with either the synth implicit, or a shaper dagger for 5-10 div. One like mine will take several hours of pain and suffering and 100-200 div.

Other big items of note:

Enchant for the dagger - 45 div Awakened multistrike - 100 div (changes often). This is NOT required, but is nice for min-maxing

Watcher's eye - can get a worse one for much cheaper. There are tons of sockets that are open, so you can get one with es from max mana with clarity that'll add around 900 ES to the build if you take a couple mana passives. Both attack with precisions are good. Lightning pen from wrath is good. Inc crit from wrath. Evade - grace. The world is your oyster. (wtf does that saying even mean?)

Int stacking cluster jewel - This is also a pain to craft yourself. There weren't any on the market. I fractured it and crafted it for around 15 div.

The light of meaning - 12 div

Things that are NOT required for the build to pop off and feel good while you work your way up to being a gigachad: woke multistrike nimis watcher's eye dagger enchant squire and 10-12 link setup. Just run a 6l in the chest until you get the craft and squire set up. Use a damage per int dagger until you get the squire setup. Light of meaning (this should be one of your first purchases though) Oriath's end double implicit synth belt
