This is the new transfigured gem Static Strike of Gathering Lightning. I tried to make a league starter around it. There is a few unkonw thing that we can't test. It can double hit? Melee + beam than pretty decent. If not than why even they added to the game? If you planning to use this skill for start please have a back up plan!
