I would recommend this build if you like a slow paced, strictly worse RF-like play-style that also forces you to press additional buttons to deal damage.

Fun fact: Searing Bond has the absolute worst performance you can imagine. You will consistently go from 200fps to 60fps with this build.

Overall I would rate it 10/10 because Searing Bond is the greatest skill of all time.
