The core of the build revolves around Martial Adept and Martial Master, allowing us to generate Combo from every attack hit, including Herald of Ice and Charged Staff.
This gives us near permanent Power Charges, constant Energy Shield Recharge, and almost full uptime on the massive 40% more damage bonus from Culmination II, creating a surprisingly powerful and smooth playstyle.
To start, I normally just do 1 Flicker strike in the first mob I see in the map, this normally gives 2 points to Whirling assault, which then it gets turned to Power Charges after use, Charge Staff, so basically we not have Charged Staff generating points, Herald of Ice and also Flicker strike
