Quality of Active Minion Skill Gem affects phantasm support including alternate quality like phantasmal raise spectre for minions created recently have maximum frenzy charges or Divergent herald of purity for minions have 10% chance to taunt on hit, The mods on minion active skill gems that say "minions have" affects phantasm support like raise spectres (30% all elemental resistance and 55% more movement speed) or Herald of Purity's (50% More Life and 135% More Physical Damage) :D.
