About the Build ( Doom fletch Triple Elemental Phys Stacker )

I Played This Build Even in 3.22 and 3.23 in 3.22 we did not have +1 secondary proj cause we were not able to use helmets (enchantment) in 3.23 they took berserk gloves from us but gave us charms but took tattoos and the +1 on quality then in necro we Kinda have nothing xD lol but we are still ROCKING with Tornado shot anyway this build is not just for tornado shot play any skill you like
