My league start for the Trail of the Ancestors league was going to be an Atziri's Rule Sacrifice setup but I then found out that Sacrifice does not work with Trigger gems so I had to do something else. The end result was a very comfortable Wave of Conviction setup using life (HP) scaling to boost up Sacrifice as high as it could go. For this Utula's Hunger was a no brainer as it let's us run a lot more Unique items and still get massive HP.
The setup can work with either 1handers or 2handers depending on what is cheapest and available. By going Wave of Conviction we get to not compete with the Righteous Fire gear thus making it a bit cheaper to build.
