This is bit different from Necro VD LL spellslinger. I did necro version last league, it is quite good for dmg and block but so slow movement and mapping speed. However about Assassin, if you got the tailwind boots, it will boost the mvnt speed around 180% and speed and nice crit dmg no crit dmg from monsters, and thanks for the glancing nodes, easy to get block chance.
