The map in the video had 200% deli and +2 random modifiers and increased rare monsters on every tablet.
You have perma life/mana/ward sustain with remnants and every time you pick up a remnant you trigger transmutation explode. Big perk of being gemling is that you get cooldown recovery on snap as quality, so this does insane damage and recovers cooldown fast for another explosion on top of transmutation explode. This goes off on cd basically in CoC.
Very much a fubgun build but without archmage/mana stacking I just have full runic ward build to spend on skills/protect from oneshots.
My setup probably cost around 1.6k div.
You can do this cheaper, runic ward gear is not expensive usually. Maybe go maligaro gloves and drop 5 mod jewels.
I had to put the pob as sorc because it's bugged with split personality, I'm actually gemling.
