Gemling CoC Arc/Comet - Easy 200% Delirious on 100 divine budget

The build is using Cloak of defiance + The Greatwolf's Rune of Willpower and some nodes on tree to reach 100% Damage is taken from mana before life which allows you to drop Mind Over Matter and have no 50% LESS mana recovery downside
Which means you will have around 700-800 mana regen and your spark/comet will cost 200-300 mana each allowing you to free spam spark

Also using Adonia's ego which requires weapon swap to maintain the Pinnacle of power buff that gives 17% More Elemental damage per power charge consume giving you total of 136% MORE elemental damage

Mostly using very cheap items like Dream fragments,Maligaro gloves which provide a lot of damage for this build

The Gemling ascendancy is quite strong for this build you have +2 ALL INT skills which are Spark/Comet/Arc archmage
Also the Advanced Thaumaturgy is quite powerful giving you +4 extra projectiles on spark 52% Inc damage on comet and a lot of quality of life on COC/COEA gems

You also have 30% Less cost of skills which is quite powerful for this Archmage build and on top you are getting 40% Less move speed penalty on spark and also Crit immune

You will need to use Split personality with Sorceress's starting point to be able to allocate the caster nodes for this build

This current setup has no issues surviving 200% Delirious maps with 15+ mods abyss/breach etc you can also do 9mod grand expedition but for 15 mod juiced ones you will need Headhunter for sure

The build can also be done on much less budget around 30-40 divines since you don't need most of the stuff i am using here and the damage is not a problem on this setup
