DirtyMight's Notes
This is my Path of Exile 3.26 Fulcrum Chieftain build guide. Its 0-button playstyle combined with strong defenses makes it one of the most comfortable builds I have played. It has very good clear speed in high-density content and is amazing for a variety of endgame mapping content.

Mercenary Setup: This guide does not include specific Mercenary gear, as it is intended to work in future leagues as well. You can use any Mercenary that provides a beneficial aura for the build and some aura effect gear. I personally use a Determination + Vitality Merc with Kaom’s Binding and a helmet that reduces enemy life regeneration, along with Replica Alberon’s Warpath to make him reflect-immune.
Map Mods I Filter Out: (Can technically run every map mod, but some are quite annoying to deal with)
Avoid Ailments: With Map Mod Effect on the Atlas, this can make it impossible to inflict ignites, which renders Fulcrum useless. Maps are still doable with normal damage and explosions, but much slower.
Cannot Regenerate / Less Recovery Rate: Both can technically be run by simply not activating RF. The build also uses other recovery mechanics such as Life on Kill (Cluster) and Defiance of Destiny. Still annoying in highly juiced content, but easy to handle in regular T16 maps.
Less AoE: Doesn’t brick the build, but can noticeably slow down clear speed.
–Max Resistances: Technically doable without RF, but makes the build significantly squishier and increases the risk of one-shots, which is the main weakness of this build.
