This is a showcase (not guide) of a budget version of my Fulcrum Chieftain build. The total cost at the time this video went live was around 5 Div.

IMPORTANT:

This build makes use of both Fulcrum and Cast When Stunned mechanics. These interactions are somewhat specific, and not understanding how they work can easily lead to mistakes that may cause the build to stop functioning correctly.

Important things to keep in mind:

You must be able to get stunned, so do not use any form of stun immunity.

You must be able to get ignited, so avoid ignite or ailment immunity.

Adding Vaal Breach significantly improves quality of life and makes it much easier to handle bosses and tougher monsters. It’s highly recommended if your budget allows for it.

Defiance of Destiny greatly increases survivability and is the first major upgrade you should aim for. However, it is:

a) relatively expensive, and

b) requires you to obtain attributes on other gear or use a Supreme Ostentation Elegant Hubris.
