(Updated 3.27 POB) Tanky Starter Build Juggernaut Boneshatter, 5M DPS, 1-3 div

Very tanky and fast starter build (SSF and HC viable): Juggernaut Boneshatter, 3.3M DPS with 5L setup, 4.4k life, 85k Armour, Fortify, 2-3k life regen in battle, high hit pool and max hit taken, immune to freeze, chill, temp chains. Easy levelling and mapping, high potential, up to 50-80M DPS with top gear. It was buffed in 3.23 - quality now gives 1% more dmg per trauma, so here it's ~10% more dps than previously. I didn't use any alt quality gems and helmet/boots enchants, so no nerfs at all. Budget: 1 div, most items were picked from the ground or rolled with alts and regal orbs.
