A very cheap and very fast Cyclone build. Main damage is Shockwave. Champion for banner tech. Speed from Defiance Banner, which has 100% uptime. Can farm T17 but need to know boss mechanics. It is not very tanky but sufficient for most content. Less than 10 divines budget. Mageblood would improve defenses. Duh.
