[3.28] CI CoC Ice Spear Build | Occultist | Mirage | Path of Exile 3.28

Hey guys, cast on crit ice spear occultist build is here. This is chaos inoculation version with some block chance and armour which makes it tankier than low-life version.

Build Cost

• High Budget

Imbued Gem:

• Power Charge on Critical on Cyclone because it's better to use 21 lvl ice spear gem
• Also have Inspiration on Sniper's Mark to lower the mana cost

Mana: How do I sustain mana?

• Non-Channelling Skills have # to Total Mana Cost mod on rings
• 1% reduced Mana Cost of Skills per 10 Devotion mod on Militant Faith
• +14 Mana gained for each Enemy hit by Attacks (Gemini Claw)
• Mana leech from Essence Sap (annoint)

Critical Strike Chance: Aim for %100 crit chance.

• Power charges
• Diamond Flask
• Any Flask with crit chance mod
• Ascendancy, Skill tree
• Brittle Ground

Cooldown recovery: We need at least 14% for this build. I got it from:

• Belt (12%)
• Boots (5%)

Accuracy: We need %100 hit chance. Hits can't be Evaded mod solves the problem

Aps: With 14% cooldown recovery optimal aps for cyclone is 7.57. Don't go over it. Cyclone's aps is 7.56 with this setup. 25% inc attack speed, Claw 20% inc attack speed, Onslaught 14% inc attack speed, Gloves

Militant Faith: Dominus to get Inner Conviction keystone. Try to get one with these mods:

• 4% increased Elemental per 10 Devotion
• 1% reduced Mana Cost of Skills per 10 Devotion
