SteamPunkKitten is back with another league starter build This time around, summon raging spirit champion lightning base DPS. Very versatile and tank build that will not rely on new league content additions. Although, i believe it can be better with Quality gem can release more minions per cast.

Until we see the transfigured version, this is the best that on the table.
