Edit: Sorry all I'm going to purge this build. It's whiffed from my Ele Hit Wander character but like worse in every way except clear speed so I'm not going to recommend it anymore.

Clear Speed: 9/10

Single Target: 7/10? Idk due to how the shotgunning interactions work. I got 3M out-going DPS on POB

Bossing: 8/10

Defense: 9/10

Budget: ~30 Ex (more than half of it on chest, watcher's eye, forbidden jewels)

Probably the fastest mapper I've ever played and I'm a pretty slow mapper. Don't think it can compete with the MF HH chars though. I am not sure what the DPS is but I'm almost certain it is more than every Non-Replica Alberon's on Ninja right now.

Defenses: 70% Evade, 100% Spell Suppression, Grace, Defiance Banner, Several Life gain on Hit/Leech, Gale Wind, 54k Effective Hit Pool (9.1k max hit), Blind, some Fortify, Elusive. I usually map with the Elixir of the Unbroken Circle for End Charges.
